EEA
Our Energy Efficiency Agreement is a comprehensive arrangement that provides tailor-made energy efficient solutions to unlock energy savings to make our clients more cost effective and to reduce their carbon footprint.
Based on the energy savings available the new technology will unlock, GreenYellow and the client enter into a shared savings agreement over a set amount of time.
UAAS
Utility as a Service (UaaS) is an arrangement where GreenYellow supplies and manages cooling or heating services for the client. GreenYellow covers all the costs to install and operate the system, and the client pays for the cooling or heating they use. The amount provided is usually measured in kilowatt-hour thermal, liters per second of cold or hot water, or kilograms per hour of steam, all at a pre-agreed rate that includes both fixed and variable costs.
