UaaS
Utility as a Service (UaaS) is an arrangement where GreenYellow supplies and manages cooling or heating services for the client. GreenYellow covers all the costs to install and operate the system, and the client pays for the cooling or heating they use.
The amount provided is usually measured in kilowatt-hour thermal, liters per second of cold or hot water, or kilograms per hour of steam, all at a pre-agreed rate that includes both fixed and variable costs.
BaaS
Batteries as a Service (BaaS) is an arrangement where GreenYellow provides energy storage solutions (batteries) as a service rather than a product for purchase. This approach allows your business to benefit from energy storage without the upfront costs or the other responsibilities of maintaining and managing the battery systems.
You pay a predetermined fee to lease the battery service which includes the product, installation, operation and maintenance, and insurance. we manage the operation of the batteries to optimise energy usage, store excess energy from your renewable source and provide backup power during outages or peak demands.
Our Batteries as a Service offers a cost-effective and managed approach to energy storage to enable your business to optimise energy usage, reduce costs and increase your energy independency without the complexities of owning and maintaining the battery system.
